Max Dalton has been Headteacher at Flamstead End School since 2019. She began her teaching career in the early 1990s, where she taught and led in schools in London and Hertfordshire. Much of Max's career was spent at The Wroxham School, which was one of the first designated teaching schools. During her time there, Max was able to provide training and support for teachers across Hertfordshire and other counties.
Max Dalton has a Masters in Leadership and learning, and puts this into daily practice as she leads Flamstead End School. She has an open door policy with staff and students alike, and is committed to striving for the best educational offer for the children in her care. Max Dalton believes that learning is a lifelong commitment and strategically looks ahead to enhance the educational experience for her staff and students.
