Roger is an experienced Headteacher and system leader, having led the most improved school in Norfolk for two consecutive years. He has served as Executive Headteacher across four schools, CEO of a Single Academy Trust, and most recently Deputy CEO and Lead for Secondary Schools, overseeing six secondary schools whose collective outcomes made them among the highest attaining in Norfolk.
Roger is passionate about the success of every young person, not only academically but also in their wider personal development. He believes this is achieved by working collaboratively with teams, providing the right balance of challenge and support to ensure the very best outcomes for young people. He has a proven track record in school improvement and is committed to working alongside schools to find the best solutions for their individual context.
Ultimately, he wants every young person within Generations to fulfil their potential and know that there is no set destiny for any child.
