Sarah Baker

Sarah began her teaching career in 2002 having completed her Degree in Dance and Theatre Arts at the University of Birmingham. Having trained as a Dance teacher Sarah went onto become Director of Performing Arts at her first school before taking up her first post as a Senior Leader in 2015.
Sarah has worked for the Generations MAT as Vice Principal of Goffs-Churchgate Academy, and was part of the team which secured the hugely successful transformation of the school. Sarah has a proven track record of successful leadership and is now delighted to be bringing this skill set to Flamstead End Primary school where she will be working as Co-Headteacher. Sarah is currently in the process of gaining her Masters accreditation in Applied Leadership and Management
