Lucy started working for the Trust in 2017 in the newly created Income Generation department, following the completion of the Goffs multi-million pound rebuild, with the remit of maximising income opportunities for the Trust through the hiring out of our facilities. She was promoted to Income Generation Manager in 2022.
Before this role, Lucy ran a property investment agency and, prior to that, worked for ten years in the music licencing industry. Lucy has lived in the area for 25 years and therefore brings knowledge of local commerce, activity groups and community to the role. Lucy has previously been part of sports club committees, and both her children currently attend schools within the Trust, enabling awareness of the importance of meeting both the needs our local community and our students.
