Throughout her career, Mandy has held various key positions, including People Director at the Royal British Legion and Bridge Academy Trust. She also spent time in the independent education sector developing the People Business Partnering approach. She has been instrumental in embedding new approaches to pay, developing and implementing business partnering, streamlining People processes, and supporting enterprise-wide strategic visions through the People function. Her leadership style is characterised by her collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
In her role as Director of People and Culture at Generations MAT, Mandy continues to drive success through her strategic vision and unwavering dedication. She is committed to bringing integrity, professionalism, and positive energy to every project.
Outside of work, Mandy enjoys paddleboarding, sewing, and spending time with her family, which help her maintain a well-rounded and fulfilling life.
