Peter is a highly experienced leader who joined our Trust as a Senior Leader in 2017. With over a decade of dedicated experience in senior leadership, Peter has built a reputation for driving high standards through a philosophy that balances rigorous school improvement with a deeply supportive and inclusive ethos. In 2024, Peter’s role evolved to meet the growing needs of our Trust when he was appointed as Associate Principal at Goffs Academy and School Improvement Lead for the wider Trust.
Peter also brings a unique national perspective to his work as a serving Ofsted Inspector for both Primary and Secondary schools. This role allows him to remain at the forefront of national educational standards and "best practice," ensuring that our schools are always forward-thinking and prepared for the evolving requirements of the Department for Education.
